You agree that any legal action arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
